Course Overview

The Aalimah Program at the Darul Ilm Department of Darul Hikmah Islamic Centre is a structured journey in sacred knowledge and spirituality.

Over four academic years, students study the traditional Dars-e-Nizami curriculum:

• Qur’an & Tafseer – complete commentary with relevance
• Hadith Sciences – Six Authentic Books (Sihah Sitta)
• Arabic Language – Nahw (Grammar) & Sarf (Morphology)
• Fiqh & Usul al-Fiqh – Islamic law & methodology
• Aqeedah – Correct Islamic beliefs (Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah)
• Seerah & Shamail – Life and character of the Prophet ﷺ
• Tarbiyah – Character building & spiritual purification

Who Can Join?

• Sisters aged 15–45 years (exceptions for qualified elder women)
• Students able to read Qur’an fluently with Tajweed
• Minimum qualification: Matric (10 years of schooling)
• Commitment to online study with discipline & punctuality

Conditions & Requirements for Admission

1. Educational Qualification

• Minimum qualification: Matric or FSc (10 years of education)
• Certified educational certificates and results from previous institutions are mandatory

2. Basic Eligibility

• Ability to read the Qur’an with Tajweed
• Good Urdu dictation and literacy skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Classroom and related online platforms

3. Age Limit

• Admission open for students aged 15–45 years
• Elderly women proficient in online sessions (Google Meet) are also welcome

4. Required Documents

• CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
• Matric certificate
• Guardian’s CNIC
• Handwritten introduction in both Urdu and English (3 lines each)

5. Contact Information (Mandatory)

To ensure smooth communication and access to our platforms:

• Provide your personal phone number (calls/SMS) and active WhatsApp number
   
• Provide a dedicated student email ID (only for Darul Hikmah studies)
   
  • This email will be used to create your official student profile & Google Classroom access
     
  • Students must use this official email only (no family/shared emails)
     
• If you don’t have a proper email ID, you must create one before admission is finalized
   
• Email ID must be in the student’s original name for accurate record-keeping
   

 Note: Students without the correct email ID will not be able to access Classrooms.

6. Interview Process

• One-on-one interview before enrollment to assess suitability
• No entrance exam required

7. Dress Code

• Strict adherence to Islamic dress code according to Sunnah is mandatory

8. Attendance Policy

• Minimum 75% attendance required
• If absent, student must submit a PDF class review of the missed lesson (images not accepted)
• Only students fulfilling attendance or review requirements may sit for exams
• Failure to comply → No certificate issued
• Unapproved absence of 1–2 days → Strict action
• Absence of 15 consecutive days → May lead to expulsion

9. Disciplinary Code

• Show respect and kindness towards teachers, admins & fellow students
• Uphold honesty and integrity in all academic matters
• No harassment, bullying, or misconduct will be tolerated

Program Policies

• Dress Code: Islamic attire according to Sunnah is mandatory.
   
• Attendance: Minimum 75% required. Missed classes must be reviewed in PDF format. Failure to comply may result in no certification or expulsion.
   
• Disciplinary Code: Respect for teachers/admins/students, honesty, and avoidance of misconduct are compulsory.
